As an entrepreneur, I strongly believe that development should not be based on promises made during campaigns. It should be built on a clear plan, measurable priorities, responsible representation and accountability.

When elected, my responsibility will not be to replace the State or Local Governments. My responsibility will be to represent Abia South effectively at the National Assembly, make and support good laws, advocate for federal projects and programmes, influence appropriation, engage relevant federal agencies, exercise oversight and ensure that constituency interventions are properly targeted and monitored.

MY FIRST YEAR, AUDIT & FOUNDATION
* Conduct an Abia South Development Needs Audit across all six LGAs.
* Establish a Federal Project Register to track existing and proposed federal projects.
* Identify priority roads and infrastructure requiring federal intervention.
* Assess healthcare, education, water and other critical needs.
* Map youth skills, employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
* Identify agricultural potential and value chain opportunities.
* Establish an Abia South Enterprise Desk to connect businesses and entrepreneurs with relevant federal programmes and institutions.
* Begin structured engagement with relevant federal agencies and development institutions.

YEAR TWO, INFRASTRUCTURE & HUMAN CAPITAL
* Advocate for priority Abia South projects in the Federal Budget and relevant federal programmes.
* Pursue appropriate constituency interventions based on identified needs.
* Support healthcare, education, skills and vocational initiatives through appropriate federal channels.
* Facilitate access to relevant federal enterprise, agricultural and youth development programmes.
* Engage federal agencies responsible for roads, power, health, agriculture and other areas within federal jurisdiction.
* Use Senate oversight powers to monitor implementation of federal projects affecting Abia South.

YEAR THREE, ECONOMIC EXPANSION
* Promote policies that support Aba’s manufacturing and commercial economy.
* Advocate for improved access to federal development finance, export and enterprise support programmes.
* Support agricultural value chains and agro processing opportunities across the rural LGAs.
* Facilitate stronger connections between Abia South businesses and relevant federal institutions.
* Advocate for infrastructure that supports production, transportation, trade and investment.
* Expand youth focused skills, entrepreneurship and employment initiatives through appropriate partnerships.

YEAR FOUR, CONSOLIDATION & ACCOUNTABILITY
* Complete or advance ongoing priority interventions within the Senator’s mandate.
* Measure the impact of projects, programmes and federal interventions facilitated for the district.
* Publish an Abia South Development and Accountability Report.
* Account publicly for constituency interventions and their status.
* Identify outstanding priorities requiring continued federal attention.
* Develop the next four year development framework based on measurable results and lessons learned.
