Former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chinedum E. Orji, has celebrated his friend and brother, Chief Kelvin Jombo Onumah, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a remarkable entrepreneur and philanthropist whose contributions have positively impacted individuals and communities.
