Businessman and politician Chima Anyaso has secured the Labour Party nomination ticket for the Bende Federal Constituency seat ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Anyaso disclosed this in a post shared on his verified Facebook page on Friday, where he expressed gratitude to God, supporters and the leadership of the Labour Party for the opportunity to contest for the House of Representatives seat.
He also thanked Alex Otti for his support, leadership and encouragement, describing the development as “the people’s mandate.”
According to him, the moment marks the beginning of a new chapter for the people of Bende Federal Constituency, as he pledged to remain committed to delivering quality representation if elected.
“I want to reassure our people that I am fully prepared and committed to the task ahead. This is a dream whose time has come and by the special grace of God, nothing can stop what God has ordained,” he stated.
Anyaso further appreciated party members, friends, associates and family members for their support throughout his political journey, while specially acknowledging his wife for her prayers and encouragement.
He ended the message with the declaration: “This is our time. This is Bende’s time.”
