NDC Moves to Capture Abia South as Kasarachi Enyinna Opens Campaign Office, Declares: Says  “We Are Taking Over”

The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) Senatorial Candidate for Abia South, Dr. Kasarachi Michael Enyinna, has declared that the party is poised to take over the Abia South Senatorial District ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Enyinna made the declaration on Thursday in Aba during the official opening of his campaign office located at 73 Okigwe Road, Aba.

Addressing party faithful, supporters and constituents at the event, the NDC candidate said the opening of the campaign office marked the beginning of a new phase of political mobilisation across the six Local Government Areas that make up Abia South Senatorial District.

According to him, the office would serve as an accessible meeting point where constituents can engage with the campaign, while also providing a platform for mobilisation, coordination and grassroots political activities ahead of the 2027 elections.

Dr. Enyinna called on the people of Abia South to unite and actively participate in the political process, stressing the need for a new political direction for the district.

He also urged constituents to massively support and vote for the presidential candidate, H.E. Mr. Peter Obi, as well as other NDC candidates in the forthcoming elections.

The candidate’s declaration signals an intensification of the NDC’s campaign efforts in Abia South, with the party seeking to strengthen its grassroots structure and position itself as a major political force ahead of 2027.

With the campaign office now officially opened, the NDC campaign in Abia South is expected to focus on wider grassroots mobilisation and engagement across the senatorial district.
