Former Speaker of the 7th Abia State House of Assembly and APC flagbearer for the Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, has congratulated former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Martins Azubuike, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a goodwill message, Orji described Azubuike as a highly respected senior colleague who played a significant role in shaping his legislative career. He recalled learning invaluable legislative procedures and parliamentary practices while serving as Majority Leader under Azubuike’s leadership.
