The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has issued a public notice clarifying that there is no prescribed dress code for candidates participating in the upcoming medical screening exercise for the 2025 recruitment into the Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

According to the Board, the medical screening exercise is scheduled to commence on June 22, 2026.
Applicants have been advised to attend the screening in normal and decent attire. The Board also emphasized that candidates should not bring their credentials, as document verification will not be conducted during the medical screening exercise.
CDCFIB further warned applicants to disregard any information directing them to wear a specific dress code or bring credentials, stressing that such directives did not originate from the Board.
The Board urged all candidates to rely solely on information released through its official communication channels and wished applicants success in the screening process.
