The 2027 Labour Party candidate for Bende Federal Constituency, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso (Ofuji), has called on youths in Bende to take an active role in shaping the future of the constituency.
Anyaso made the call in a message marking International Youth Day, stressing the need for young people to be empowered, included and given meaningful opportunities to participate in leadership and decision-making.
According to him, the future of Bende belongs to a generation that is empowered and given “a seat at the table.”
He expressed optimism that with leaders committed to investing in the younger generation, a better and more prosperous Bende is achievable.
The Labour Party candidate congratulated youths across Bende on the occasion and urged them to remain hopeful and committed to contributing positively to the development of the constituency.
“Bende youths, our time is now,” Anyaso said, while wishing the people of Bende a happy International Youth Day.
