In her declaration, addressed to the people of Aba Central State Constituency and Gloucester Ward 9, Nwobilo said her decision followed extensive consultations with elders, party leaders, youths, and other stakeholders across the constituency. She noted that her decision was inspired by her commitment to service and her belief in the vast potential of Aba Central.

According to her, she has remained dedicated to the welfare of the people of Aba South and beyond, especially in the areas of youth empowerment, women development, education, and healthcare. She recalled that during her tenure as Deputy Chairman, she facilitated employment opportunities for several youths in the state and secured appointments for many through the support of the former governor.

She also highlighted various empowerment initiatives she has undertaken over the years, including skill acquisition programmes for women, scholarship schemes, free large-scale medical outreach programmes, and several community empowerment projects.

Through her initiative, Widow’s Mite, Nwobilo said she provided cash support and distributed hundreds of wrappers to widows across Aba South. She added that her broader empowerment programmes have positively impacted many men and women in the constituency.

Describing her ambition as “a continuation of a lifelong commitment to service,” the APC aspirant said her vision is further strengthened through her foundation, Action for Democracy Dividend (ADD), which focuses on improving lives and promoting inclusive development.

Nwobilo assured constituents that if elected, she would provide purposeful representation, create greater opportunities for the people, and strengthen the voice of Aba Central in the Abia State House of Assembly.

She called on the people of Aba Central to support her aspiration with prayers and collective effort, expressing confidence that together they can secure victory for the party and bring meaningful progress to the constituency.

“I am humble, prepared, and ready to serve,” she stated.
