Former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, has felicitated with Associate Professor and former Provost of the Abia State College of Education (Technical), Arochukwu, Dr. Philip Nto, on the occasion of his birthday.

He prayed for God to bless Nto with strength, sound health, peace of mind, abundant wisdom and many more fruitful years.
Orji also wished him greater accomplishments in the years ahead while extending his warmest felicitations and best wishes on the memorable occasion.
