The NDC Senatorial Candidate for Abia South Senatorial District, Dr. Kasarachi Michael Enyinna, has felicitated with renowned legal luminary and former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Chief Kanu Godwin Agabi, SAN, on the occasion of his 80th birthday.
Dr. Enyinna, who is also the Group Managing Director of Fundvine Capital and Securities, described Chief Agabi as an outstanding jurist, statesman and distinguished public servant whose contributions to Nigeria’s legal profession and public administration remain worthy of commendation.
He said Chief Agabi’s decades of service to the nation, particularly his tenure as Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, have left an enduring mark on Nigeria’s legal and democratic development.
According to Dr. Enyinna, Chief Agabi represents a generation of Nigerian professionals whose dedication to the rule of law, public service and national development continues to inspire younger Nigerians.
“Chief Kanu Agabi is a distinguished legal mind and a statesman whose remarkable career in law and public service has contributed significantly to the development of our nation. His commitment to justice, the rule of law and service to humanity deserves to be celebrated.

Chief Agabi served as Nigeria’s Attorney-General and Minister of Justice and later as Minister of Solid Minerals. His 80th birthday was marked with a series of activities, including a public lecture on ethical leadership and anti-corruption measures in governance.
