Dr. Kasarachi Michael Enyinna, the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) senatorial candidate for Abia South, has pledged to use the office of senator to attract Federal Government projects and development initiatives to the district if elected.
Enyinna made the commitment on Wednesday at his country home in Ogwe, Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State, while receiving supporters who gathered to express their solidarity with his senatorial ambition.
The NDC candidate said his administration would prioritise strategic engagement with the Federal Government, ministries, departments and agencies to attract projects capable of improving infrastructure and creating better opportunities for residents of Abia South.
He stressed the importance of effective representation at the National Assembly, noting that the senatorial district requires leadership that can actively pursue government interventions and channel development opportunities to the people.
Enyinna thanked his supporters for their continued solidarity and encouragement, urging them to remain united and focused on the shared goal of promoting development across Abia South.
He further reaffirmed his commitment to pursuing a development-oriented agenda that would strengthen the voice of Abia South at the national level and attract meaningful federal presence to the district.
