It was an electrifying moment at Ozar Clan in Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State as Hon. Chief Sam Nwogu, Esq., leader and APC flag bearer for the Ukwa East/West Federal Constituency, honoured the invitation of the women of Isinteke Autonomous Community to their August meeting.
Speaking at the occasion, the Women Leader, Mrs. Perpetual Leo, expressed the women’s gratitude and excitement over Nwogu’s presence. She described him as a man of his word who deserves the confidence and support of the people.
Also speaking, the wife of HRH Eze Ferdinand Ibe-Jackson described Chief Nwogu as a “divine illumination” to the entire Ukwa land, commending his commitment to the people and his grassroots engagement.
In recognition of his gesture, HRH Eze Ferdinand Ibe-Jackson commended Nwogu for honouring the women’s invitation and prayed for God’s continued guidance, prosperity and strength for him as he intensifies his grassroots mobilisation and political campaign.
Responding, Hon. Chief Sam Nwogu reaffirmed his commitment to providing positive and people-oriented representation if elected to represent the constituency. He urged the people to remain steadfast, committed and prayerful, stressing that the will of God must ultimately prevail.
