Candidates who are yet to obtain their original West African Examinations Council (WAEC) result due to issues with their former schools or loss of the document can now retrieve it online through the official WAEC platform.

The process, which can be completed digitally, allows applicants to access and download their original WAEC certificate after verification and payment.
According to the outlined procedure, affected candidates are required to visit the official WAEC portal at WAEC Nigeria and create an account using their personal details.
Applicants will then undergo identity verification using any of the following: National Identification Number (NIN), Bank Verification Number (BVN), or International Passport.
After successful verification, candidates will be prompted to pay a processing fee of approximately ₦8,000 before gaining access to download their original WAEC result.
You can print the downloaded certificate on hard concord paper for proper documentation and presentation where necessary.
