Dr. Anosike made the promise during a press briefing held at the party’s secretariat in Umuahia, the Abia State capital.
The Ohuhu-born legal luminary described the current salary structure for Abia workers as inadequate when compared with what is obtainable in other South-East states.
According to him, his administration would ensure that workers’ salaries reflect the present economic realities in the country.
“We will review workers’ salaries upon election to meet present economic realities. The review will cut across all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), including local government workers. We will bring everybody together to make sure they earn what they deserve and what suits the current economic reality,” he stated.
Dr. Anosike further assured Abians that his administration, if elected, would prioritize the welfare of the people and improve the living conditions of Abians across the state.
