The Court of Appeal has upheld the expulsion of Chief Ali Odefa from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

In its ruling, the appellate court affirmed the earlier judgment of the Federal High Court which validated Odefa’s expulsion from the party.
The court also ordered Chief Odefa to pay the sum of N2 million as cost.
The judgment reinforces the earlier decision that Odefa remains expelled from the PDP.
