President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has written to the Senate, seeking the confirmation of Dr. Kingsley Tochukwu Ude, SAN, from Enugu State, as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Dr. Ude is nominated to replace Geoffrey Uche Nnaji, who recently resigned from his position as Minister of Innovation, Science, and Technology.
The President’s letter, which was read on the floor of the Senate, urged the lawmakers to give the nomination urgent consideration in line with constitutional provisions.
