The Dr. Kasarachi Enyinna Michael Campaign Council has commenced preparations for grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 Abia South Senatorial District election.
The Director General of the campaign council, Hon. Prince Ndubueze G. O., disclosed this during a strategic meeting with members of the council at its secretariat.
Ndubueze said the council would leave no stone unturned in its efforts to mobilise support for Dr. Kasarachi Enyinna Michael, the NDC senatorial candidate for Abia South.
He said the campaign strategy would focus largely on grassroots engagement, with the council planning to take its message to communities across the six Local Government Areas that make up the senatorial district.
“Our campaign will run from Local Government to Local Government, and from Ward to Ward. We are going to the people. We are taking the message of hope, capacity, and credible representation directly to every household in Abia South,” he said.
The meeting was attended by campaign council members drawn from the six LGAs of Abia South.
The Director General said the council was committed to conducting an issue-based campaign, while prioritising the interests and welfare of residents of the senatorial district.
He also urged members of the campaign council to remain focused and work towards building a strong grassroots structure ahead of the 2027 election.
