The Senator representing Abia Central Senatorial District, Senator Austin Akobundu commenced the first phase of his Free Medical Outreach for his constituents yesterday at Ndoro Village Hall, Ama Ndoro, Oboro in Ikwuano LGA.
The Outreach continued today in Umuahia North LGA at the Isieke Ibeku Civic Centre, Bende Road, where residents turned out in their numbers to receive needed medical attention.
While the first phase ends tomorrow at Osisioma Ngwa LGA, the second phase which will commence soon will cover Isiala Ngwa North, Isiala Ngwa South and Umuahia South LGAs.
The free medical outreach is part of Senator Akobundu’s people-centred agenda to cater to the wellbeing of his constituents.
