Senator Dr. Tony Nwoye, representing Anambra North Senatorial District, has appointed Mrs. Jennifer Amaka Azuka of Ogbunike Village, Oyi Local Government Area, as his Senior Special Assistant on Special Duties.
The appointment, which took effect from August 2023, was formally conveyed in an official letter personally signed by the lawmaker.

According to the letter, Mrs. Anoka is entitled to a monthly salary of ₦250,000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only) along with other benefits.Senator Nwoye expressed confidence that Mrs. Azuka’s appointment would further enhance leadership and contribute positively to the development of the people of Anambra North Senatorial District.
He congratulated her on the well-deserved appointment and urged her to bring her wealth of experience to bear in advancing the interests of the district.
Mrs Azuka was the candidate of the ADC in the August 16th House of Assembly by-election in Anambra State.
She aspired to complete the Tenure of her Husband who died in Office.
