The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has formally announced the composition of sub-committees that will oversee preparations for its much-anticipated 2025 Elective National Convention. The announcement was made through the National Convention Organizing Committee (NCOC), acting on behalf of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party.
According to the statement, the elective convention is scheduled to hold in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, from Saturday, November 15 to Sunday, November 16, 2025. The two-day event will serve as a crucial platform for the election of new national officers who will steer the affairs of the party in the coming years.
The NCOC disclosed that the approved sub-committees, drawn from across the country, have been carefully constituted to ensure a smooth and transparent exercise. Party faithful and stakeholders are expected to converge on Ibadan in large numbers, underscoring the significance of the gathering in shaping the future direction of the PDP.
