Port Harcourt — The Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral (Rtd.) Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas, CFR, has approved the appointment of Dr. Samuel O. Nwanosike, a known loyalist of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, as the Chairman of the Rivers State Waste Management Board.

According to a government special announcement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Ibibia Lucky Worika, the appointment also includes Wokoma Amakiri Ibimina as Managing Director, alongside other members drawn from various professional and environmental bodies.
