The Federal High Court in Abuja has issued an order stopping the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from holding its planned National Convention until the substantive suit filed by former Jigawa State Governor, Sule Lamido, is determined.

In its ruling, the court also directed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to refrain from participating in any activities related to the convention, whether in Ibadan or any other location across the country.
