The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced that a computer-based test (CBT) will soon be conducted for successful shortlisted candidates across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

In a public notice signed by Maj. Gen. AM Jibril (Rtd.), Secretary to the Board, CDCFIB expressed appreciation to members of the public for their patience throughout the ongoing recruitment process.
The notice directed all applicants who previously applied for positions in any of the four services under the Board to visit the official recruitment portal, https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng, next week to check if they have been shortlisted and to confirm the date, time, and designated centre for their CBT.
Applicants were also cautioned to rely only on the official portal for updates and to be vigilant against fraudulent individuals or websites claiming to represent the Board.
The statement emphasized that only information shared through the official website should be trusted to avoid being scammed.
