Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, Esq., has formally resigned from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) with immediate effect.
In a resignation letter dated 29 December 2025 and addressed to the Ward Chairman of the PDP, Ampang West Ward, Mangu Local Government Area, Mutfwang notified the party of his decision to withdraw his membership.

He expressed appreciation to the PDP for providing him a political platform and acknowledged the support of party leaders, members, and supporters during his time in the party. According to the letter, his decision was guided by “the realities of the moment” and his commitment to purposeful leadership, clarity of direction, and effective service delivery.
Mutfwang disclosed that he is seeking an alternative political platform, signaling a possible realignment ahead of future political engagements.
The resignation letter was received and acknowledged by the ward leadership on 30 December 2025.
