The Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) Senatorial Candidate for Abia South Senatorial District, Dr. Kasarachi Michael Enyinna, has congratulated former Kano State Governor and prominent Nigerian politician, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, on the occasion of his 70th birthday.
