Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso (OFUJI) has welcomed the people of Bende Federal Constituency, Abia State, to the month of September, urging them to embrace the new month with optimism, unity, focus and deliberate action.
Anyaso, in a New Month message, expressed gratitude to Almighty God for preserving the lives of his family, friends and constituents and bringing them safely into a new month.

He described September as a significant period on the traditional calendar, noting that it represents the season of the First Harvest, traditionally regarded by the ancestors as the beginning of a prosperous cycle.
According to him, the season serves as a reminder that the fruits of months of hard work are beginning to emerge.
He also noted that September marks the beginning of the final quarter of the year, stressing that the period requires greater focus, wisdom and purposeful action to achieve set goals before the end of the year.
The Bende political leader called on residents to use the new month as an opportunity to pursue shared growth and visionary progress across their communities.
Anyaso prayed for the success of the people’s businesses, careers and families, while asking God to protect them during their daily activities and shield their homes from anxiety, loss and adversity.
He further prayed that the new season would open extraordinary opportunities capable of lifting households and communities to greater heights.
Urging the people to remain optimistic and united, Anyaso said they had what it takes to finish the year strongly.
Quoting renowned human rights leader Malcolm X, he stated: “Our tomorrow belongs strictly to the choices and preparation we make today.”
He concluded with a call for the people of Bende Federal Constituency to “walk with me toward a greater, more prosperous Bende,” while wishing them a peaceful, productive and highly favoured September.
