The Ukwa West Council of Ndi Eze has endorsed Dr. Kasarachi Enyinna as its preferred candidate for the Abia South Senatorial District in the 2027 election.
The endorsement was announced at the palace of HRH Eze Chinyere, where members of the council expressed confidence in Enyinna’s capacity to provide effective representation for the people of Abia South.
The traditional rulers also appealed to their Ngwa brothers to allow fairness and equity to guide the contest for the senatorial seat.
According to the council, the Ngwa bloc has occupied the Abia South Senatorial seat for nearly two decades, making it necessary, in their view, to consider a different zone for the 2027 election.
Enyinna’s supporters said his background as an entrepreneur and investment professional, coupled with his focus on human capital development and economic issues, would bring a fresh perspective to the National Assembly.
They maintained that his experience in business and investment would position him to champion policies and initiatives capable of improving economic opportunities and development across Abia South.
Enyinna is campaigning under the platform of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), with the slogan, “Service to the People.”
