Former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly and APC candidate for Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, FNSE, FNICE, FNITHE, has extended warm greetings and best wishes to Muslims on the occasion of Eid-el-Maulud.

In a goodwill message marking the celebration, Orji congratulated Muslim faithful and urged them to draw inspiration from the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), particularly his virtues of peace, compassion, humility, justice, tolerance and love for humanity.

He called on Nigerians to continue promoting unity, peaceful coexistence and mutual respect despite the country’s religious and cultural differences.

According to him, these values remain essential to building a stronger, more prosperous and inclusive society where all citizens can live together in peace.

The former Speaker prayed that the celebration would bring peace to communities, blessings to families and renewed hope for a better future.

He also prayed for wisdom, progress and lasting peace for Nigeria, while wishing Muslim faithful a joyous and peaceful Eid-el-Maulud celebration.
