The immediate past Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji (Ikuku), has recorded a broad range of infrastructure, legislative, empowerment and community-development initiatives during his tenure in the Abia State House of Assembly.
