The latest beneficiary of his purposeful constituency intervention is the Seat of Wisdom Seminary, Ariam in Ikwuano LGA, where solar-powered streetlights now illuminate the school.
This is not just about light. It is about vision. Senator Akobundu understands that shaping the character, morality, spirituality and education of our young people requires a conducive environment. By lighting up the Seminary, he continues his investment in the formation and empowerment of future leaders and strengthening the foundation of faith and learning.
Beyond beautification, the project has enhanced internal security and given staff and seminarians renewed confidence to undertake nightly studies, prayers and other activities without fear.
The Rector of the Seminary, Rev. Fr Dr Virgilus Amadi, while inspecting the project, expressed profound gratitude to the Distinguished Senator, describing the intervention as timely and impactful. He prayed for greater grace for the Senator to do more, and assured him of the sustained prayers of the entire Seminary community.
