The National Director of the CityBoy Movement, Hon. Francis Oluwatosin Shoga, has extended warm birthday felicitations to renowned entrepreneur, philanthropist, media proprietor, and Abia State Director of the CityBoy Movement, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe (Don Lulu), describing him as a visionary leader whose life continues to inspire hope, service, and transformational leadership.
