The Director of the CityBoy Movement, Abia State Chapter, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe, popularly known as Don Lulu, has extended warm Democracy Day greetings to the people of Abia State and Nigerians across the country, urging citizens to remain committed to the ideals of democratic governance.

In his Democracy Day message, Don Lulu described June 12 as a significant milestone in Nigeria’s democratic journey, noting that the day provides an opportunity to reflect on the sacrifices of the nation’s heroes and the resilience of its democratic institutions.

According to him, democracy remains the strongest instrument for promoting unity, justice, development, and good governance, while empowering citizens to actively participate in shaping the future of the country.

The CityBoy Movement leader also commended President for his efforts in implementing the Renewed Hope Agenda, aimed at driving economic reforms, national development, and strengthening Nigeria’s economy.

He acknowledged that while the nation continues to face challenges, democracy provides a platform for constructive engagement, civic participation, and collective efforts toward nation-building.

Don Lulu further called on Nigerians, particularly young people, to actively engage in governance processes, promote peace, and support initiatives that foster growth and development within their communities.

He emphasized the need for unity and inclusiveness in the pursuit of a more prosperous Nigeria, expressing optimism about the nation’s future.

He concluded by wishing Nigerians a happy and peaceful Democracy Day celebration.
