The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced that it is moving to the next phase of its 2025 recruitment exercise, which will involve physical screening and document verification.

In a statement issued by the Secretary to the Board, Maj. Gen. AM Jibril (Rtd), on November 27, 2025, the Board confirmed that candidates who performed well have been shortlisted on merit.
Shortlisted applicants are directed to visit the official recruitment portal recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng from Monday, December 1 to Wednesday, December 3, 2025 to select their preferred screening venue and date.
The Board emphasized that all official communication regarding the exercise will be strictly through the portal, warning applicants to disregard any emails or messages from unverified channels.
The nationwide screening is scheduled to hold from Monday, December 8 to Friday, December 12, 2025, across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
Maj. Gen. Jibril congratulated successful candidates and reaffirmed that the selection process adhered to the Federal Character principle and the manpower needs of the various services under the Board.
