The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has dissolved the state executive committee of its Enugu State chapter.

The decision, taken at the party’s 179th meeting, followed unresolved rivalries and internal disputes among members of the chapter.
Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the party, Duro Meseko, confirmed the development, adding that the APC is finalizing arrangements ahead of the defection of Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, to the ruling party.
Meanwhile, in Ekiti State, the NWC has disqualified Ojo and Abimbola from participating in the party’s activities, though further details on the reasons for their disqualification were not disclosed.
